Labour Flow Inc. operates in Gauteng, Western Cape and KZN, South Africa. Being in the industry from July 2013, we strive to provide a professional service to our clients and candidates throughout all different industries.
Our company was established in July 2013 by Gavin Cyster who was the director and sole owner at the time. He entered the industry in 1999 at the age of 19 where he was first employed as a wage clerk. After that, he held various positions including driver, marketing- and sales representative, contract manager, office/administration manager and operational manager. During this time, he gained extensive hands-on knowledge and experience, which he effectively applies today to the benefit of all our clients and employees.
With the rapid expansion of the business over the past years, the board of directors now include Gavin Cyster, Leoni Cyster, Ben Brink, Herman Immig and Joe Olivier.
We realize that each of our clients have unique and specific needs, therefore we offer a wide range of services to fulfil client requirements. Our services include: Labour Outsourcing (TES), Permanent, temporary and contractual employment, Payroll administration, Labour recruitment, interviewing, selection and placement, HR Management, Occupational health screening, the Supplying of protective work wear and, Training solutions.
